“I experienced a havening session with Em today and as an abuse survivor I was initially nervous about sharing certain information about a particular memory that has stayed in my head. I was aware that this memory was the cause of my feeling triggered on times. I had planned on using a less intense memory of a recent trigger but Em was kind and caring and was able to encourage me to go to the root cause. I felt completely at ease with her and I was blown away at how effective the havening was. I was able to see changes in my perception of the memory within moments and I was clearly able to visualise and also feel the sensation changes within my body. I felt so happy by the end of it that I was giggling. The experience was excellent and I know in my heart that Em is already the type of therapist I would recommend to anyone. She has a gentle manner and explains the process very well. It is clear that she has excellent knowledge of trauma and the neuroscience behind how our body responds to it. I highly recommend havening with Em.”
